Shipping Terms and Options
AES’s shipping terms are FOB destination prepaid and added to the invoice.
AES’s preferred carrier is UPS. Shipping charges are calculated per order during the checkout process.
Priority shipping option is available but does not include weekend delivery.
Special Delivery is also available for an extra charge. This includes services such as unboxing and setup of your item. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-426-5007 for more information and a price quote.

We accept Purchase Orders from established accounts with AES, Inc. with Terms of Net 30 (U.S. and Canadian billing addresses only). Additionally we accept GSA Smart Pay charge cards, or the following credit cards: Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
Due to federal tax laws, all Washington state orders will be charged tax on both products and shipping. If your facility is tax-exempt please call our customer service team to setup and process your tax exempt order. We will need proof of your tax exempt status at time of order.

Returned Goods Policy
A couple of basic principles first –
- If we made an error, we will make it right

The best return policies are the ones you don’t have to use. As you place an order with us, please confirm that the sizes and quantities are accurate. In addition, check your email confirmations to make certain that the items are correct. Finally, we need to know as quickly as reasonably possible if there is an issue with an order. For this reason, we request that you contact us regarding a problem within 10 days after receipt.
Customer service is our top priority. We understand that mistakes are made, and orders sometimes need to be cancelled or postponed. When that’s the case, please call us immediately. An order can only be cancelled if we haven’t shipped it or placed a special order yet. This generally happens no more than 4 hours after an order is placed. We pride ourselves in fast order processing and same-day shipping whenever possible.
Due to the time-sensitive nature of our ordering process, we do require that requests for cancellation or postponement be called in so that we can guarantee that your request is honored.
If the Item is special order, we’ll issue your refund, minus any restocking fee incurred from the manufacturer. We distribute products from various manufacturers and return policies are varied.

We all make mistakes, and AES understands that. As a general rule, we are unable to refund shipping charges on returns where we’ve provided what you’ve asked for, and you’ll be responsible for shipping the materials back to us. All Returns must be authorized in advance by AES, Inc. and be assigned a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). This authorization will be given based on the following criteria:
- Only goods purchased within the last 45 days will be considered for return.
- Product must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Product returned for other than product defect or shipping error is subject to a 30% restocking fee. Special Ordered items may not be returnable.
- Product returned due to defect is subject to manufacturers guidelines.
- Issuance of credit is subject to final acceptance and inspection of product by AES.
